- SYNOPSIS -
Hélène (Nathalie Baye) is abandoned by Franck (Richard Bohringer), when she is eight months pregnant. She then decides to go south and leave by train, where she meets a couple, Bertrand and Patricia, the latter strangely resembling her. Then a train accident occurs where the couple dies. Hélène then takes Patricia's place in the latter's in-laws, without saying it.
